you know I recently had 3 dental implants done.
While the whole procedure took several months
(from the first X-ray to the last restoration)
to complete, I never experienced any pain. After
the 1st visit I did have some slight discomfort
for a few hours, but that was alleviated by one
Ecotrin tablet. From that point on, it was just
a matter of taking the time to finish.
Each visit was very short and I permitted him
to follow the progress being made. I considered
the restoration visits with you as routine visits
to the dentists. From my experience, I would urge
anyone, who is diagnosed as needing on implants
not to be apprehensive. Thinking about it is much
worse than actually having it done.
I will be happy to talk to any prospective implant
patient if they so desire. And once again, thank
you for the opportunity to have my problem resolved.

"A
quick thank you note can often be sent with the
preprinted text in no time at all… a thoughtful
thank you usually takes time. George and I really
do thank you for your consideration and absolute
attentiveness when we found that we had been seriously
“mistreated” by an HMO dentist. (We had switched
for financial considerations that quickly became
a dental nightmare). You saw George on an emergency
basis when our HMO dentist would not. In fact,
George never saw the same dentist twice- every
time he went to the HMO dentist he had another
young (real inexperienced) dentist working on
his problem. George had a terrible infection,
you had to drill the cap, do the root canal (what
the HMO dentist deemed unnecessary) and put in
a new cap. We complained and complained and filled
out a patient complaint form to no avail. We were
never compensated for the poor dental treatment
at the HMO. In fact the HMO would not recognize
their poor treatment or pay for the correct treatment.
I was told that our insurance covered one cap
per tooth per year even if that tooth was done
incorrectly and became infected. Needless to say,
George and I never went back to the HMO dentist
that we were assigned. Finally, we were able to
officially re-enroll with your office.
Dr. Fry, I guess we needed to experience poor
dentistry in order to value your expertise, and
your independence. Every patient’s mouth is different
and generic remedies do not always work. Again,
thank you for all of your effort and we are glad
to be under your care again."

appointments. We have always been warmly welcomed
by the staff. They greet us with the healthy smile
and confirm what is to take place, cleaning, restoration,
caps, etc. The waiting room is decorated to calm
the nerves with magazines and T.V. to children’s
toys. The working side of the suite is also done
in the relaxing motif, where the professionals

you are escorted to the front desk where either
